Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Miglena Dimitrova— a corporate and competition lawyer, entrepreneur, and legal tech enthusiast with 20 years of experience . I help startups, scaling companies, and international businesses navigate complex legal landscapes.

I studied law at University of National and World Economy in Sofia and completed an LL.M. in European Law at University of Hamburg. I’ve been a qualified attorney since 2005, beginning my career in leading law firms where I gained hands-on experience in M&A, corporate, and competition law.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of advising companies like Apple, Merck, Metro, Swisscom, Coca-Cola Company, KBC Group, Betfair, ČEZ, Central European Media Enterprises, Spearhead, Soft2Run, and many fast-growing tech ventures and digital platforms.
